Only 3% of all jobs are found by applying through a job board so you may as well invest your time doing something else*. Jobs are found through networking and by being out in the world, talking, building and creating. Job boards don’t enable you to stand out and find your dream job. Ignore them at all costs. The only exception to this rule is when you Find a Job Title
- Visit a Job board site like Monster.com, Greenjobs.com or any of these job boards that are focused on doing good.
- Now leave the site.
- Spend your time on any of the other 50 ways to get a job featured on this site.
- Send this to a friend whom you think is spending too much time on job boards.
